Ilana Katz
Speech-Language Pathologist, MClSc. SLP (C), Reg. CASLPO
owner and Clinical Director

Ilana Katz is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master of Clinical Science and an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. She is licensed through the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is a member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
With over 15 years of experience, Ilana has had the pleasure of serving children, families, and adults in her community through client-centered, evidence-based care. She has worked in private practice, school and daycare settings, preschool initiatives, and community-based programs. Her clinical work includes individual therapy, group intervention, parent coaching, workshops, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Ilana is Hanen-certified to deliver several family-centered and educator-focused programs, including It Takes Two to Talk, More Than Words, Learning Language and Loving It, Teacher Talk, and ABC and Beyond. She holds PROMPT Level 2 “Bridging” certification, Level 1 LAMP training, and has completed the Advanced Literacy Practices for SLPs course, deepening her knowledge in language-based reading and writing support.
Her areas of focus include early language development, speech sound disorders, language and literacy intervention, and communication support for children with special needs. She also works extensively with adults with developmental disabilities.
Ilana is the founder of Aurora Speech Therapy and In-Home Speech Therapy, offering accessible, high-quality speech and language services across Aurora, Newmarket, Oak Ridges, and surrounding communities.
It has been Ilana’s privilege to support individuals and families for more than 15 years, and she looks forward to connecting with your family.
Kellie Belcourt
Communicative Disorders Assistant, CDA, Reg. CDAAC

Kellie Belcourt is a Communicative Disorders Assistant who received her Undergraduate Degree in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University as well as her Communicative Disorders Assistant Certificate from Georgian College. Kellie is a member of the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC) as well as The Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA).
Kellie has a variety of experience working with children and adults of all ages and skill levels, both 1:1 and in groups. She has worked in several different settings within the speech and language field including children with various articulation, motor speech and language difficulties, stroke or Acquired
Brain Injury rehabilitation in hospitals, private practice, CDA mentorship as well as in-home ABA and speech and language services.
Kellie has a strong passion for working with individuals with complex communication needs, including Autism and other developmental delays, in which she helps them in reaching their full communication potential. Her interests extend into the areas of articulation, language, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, pre-language skills, rehabilitation and literacy.

Kellie To
Speech-Language Pathologist, MSc., Reg Caslpo

Kellie To is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta.
Kellie has experience with children and adults both 1:1 and in groups in the areas of articulation, early language skills, receptive and expressive language skills, parent/partner coaching, and augmentative and alternative communication. Kellie strongly believes that communication is a fundamental human right and that everyone deserves a voice. She is passionate about supporting early communicators, including children aged 1+.
Kellie is Hanen certified for "It Takes Two to Talk" and "More Than Words". She has completed the introductory Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD) workshop. Kellie is also familiar with TouchChat, TalkTablet, ProLoQuo, LAMP and TD Snap.With her background in working with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Kellie is comfortable with various communication levels. Kellie takes a very play-based approach to empower her clients and foster intrinsic motivation.
Kellie sees clients in-home in the Richmond Hill, Aurora and Newmarket areas. She looks forward to connecting with your family.
